Dog Licensing General Information
State law requires all dogs to be licensed annually. All dog licenses expire December 31st of the year they were issued. Pay in person or by mail to Town Hall, 1337 County Road V, Hudson WI 54016. Proof of rabies is required.
Fees
- Regular Fee: January 1st to March 31st.
- Late Fee: Tag fees double for payment made April 1st to December 31st
- New residents & New Dog Owners: 30 day grace period before late fees apply

Individuals with three (3) or more dogs or six (6) or more cats must apply for a commercial kennel license. All kennel licenses expire December 31st of the year they were issued.

The form is not available on-line.
The burning permit form is available at the Town Hall or the Fire Department during regular hours of operation.
There is no cost to obtain a burn permit.
The time is perpetual for the address listed.
Each day you plan to burn, call the St. Croix County Communication Center at (715) 386-4701.
If the burn goes past the date provided you will need to make an additional call to the communication center.

Reservation Information
Effective January 10, 2019 the Town of St. Joseph does not rent tables or chairs. The decision to discontinue rental of tables and chairs was passed at the 01/10/2019 Town Board meeting by Resolution 2019-01.
In order to reserve your date you will need to complete this form Ball Field Request Form (PDF) and submit payment to the clerk's office. Your reservation will not be final until staff has processed your request. Reservations are first to submit form and payment no tentative dates will be held. Payment is nonrefundable.

Public Works Committee: 1st Tuesday of every month
Plan Commission: 1st Wednesday of every month
Parks, Trails & Recreation Committee: 3rd Wednesday of every month
Quarterly Meeting Dates
The Finance and Public Safety Committees meet every quarter.
Plan Commission members receive $20 for every meeting the member attends.
The Plan Commission Chair is paid $100 every month for holding that position.
