Election Day polling hours: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Spring Primary Election - February 17, 2026

  • Deadline for making application to receive an absentee ballot by mail:  5:00pm on February 12, 2026
  • Voting an absentee ballot in person starts on February 3, 2026:
    • Tuesday, February 3rd from 10:00am-12:00pm
    • Wednesday, February 4th from 10:00am-12:00pm
    • Thursday, February 5th from 1:00pm-3:00pm
    • Tuesday, February 10th from 10:00am-12:00pm
    • Wednesday, February 11th from 10:00am-12:00pm
    • Thursday, February 12th from 1:00pm-3:00pm
    • Friday, February 13th from 3:00pm-5:00pm
  • Public Notice:  Testing of Electronic Voting Equipment will be February 10th at 10:00am

Polling Hours and Location

Polling hours the day of the election will be 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Polling location is 1337 County Road V, Hudson, WI

If you foresee an issue to vote at the polling location, there are additional options available.


Absentee Voting

 

Absentee In Person Voting begins 14 days before each election during business hours.  Voting hours are posted on our website, local newspapers, and at the Town Hall closer to election dates.

Absentee ballots can also be mailed. Requests for mail-in ballots should be made early enough to allow time to process requests and allow the postal service to deliver ballots to voters AND allow time for them to be returned to the polling location.

A valid Photo ID must be provided when voting by absentee ballot unless you are a type of voter that is either exempt by statute or may have an alternative process to verify your identity.  Click here to read the rules on Photo ID and absentee voting.

Absentee ballots can be requested at the link below, please make sure to include a copy of a valid photo ID. The request cannot be processed without a copy on file.

Please note: Every registration (new or change of name or address) MUST include proof of residence or it will not be processed!  Acceptable forms of proof are listed on the application form
