The Town of St. Joseph Fire Rescue proudly serves the Town of St Joseph. Established in 1964 the department was located and housed in a one stall station in Houlton, WI. Currently the Department station is based and located at the corner of County Road V and County Road E adjacent to the Town Hall.

Volunteer Department
The volunteer Town of St. Joseph Fire Rescue has over 20 members responding to approximately 150 calls for service per year. Each year members take time away from their personal lives to obtain the necessary training and certifications, maintain the Fire Rescue equipment and respond to emergency calls.
Services & Supplies
The Town of St. Joseph Fire Rescue provides:
- Auto Extrication
- Cold Water and Ice Rescue
- Confined Space and Steep Slope
- Fire Investigation
- Fire Suppression
- Hazardous Materials Response
- Is trained in Rope, Confined Space, Steep Slope and Low Angle Rescue to Assist Area Specialized Teams
Applications
The Town of St. Joseph Fire Rescue accepts applications to become a firefighter or emergency medical responder. If you are interested in learning what it takes to become a Town of St. Joseph firefighter or emergency medical responder call 715-549-5655 and leave a message.
