Meeting/Recording Secretary

Employment Application

The Town of St. Joseph is seeking a Meeting/Recording Secretary for the Town's Planning Commission and Board of Appeals.  Based on experience, the compensation would be $50-$75 per meeting attended. The Planning Commission meets on the first Wednesday each month, generally at 6:30 pm. Occasionally, Special Meetings may be called. The Board of Appeals is expected to meet on the 4th Wednesday each month. The Meeting/Recording Secretary is responsible for:

  • taking the record of the meeting
  • providing the completed minutes to the Town Clerk/Treasurer within 7 days
  • in person attendance at all meetings

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $50.00 - $75.00 per day
