NOXIOUS WEED NOTICE

EVERY PERSON, who owns, occupies or controls land in the Towns of Hudson, St Joseph and Troy, St Croix County, Wisconsin, ARE REQUIRED by Wisconsin State Statute §66.0407 to DESTROY ALL noxious weeds on the land.  “Noxious weed” means Canada thistle, leafy spurge, field bindweed (creeping Jenny) and any weed designated as a noxious weed by the Department of Natural Resources.
