NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED TOWN ORDINANCES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on April 13, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of St. Joseph enacted Ordinance No. 2023-01 titled Chapter 168 Subdivision of Land. This ordinance amends the Code of the Town of St. Joseph, Chapter 168, by repealing and replacing Chapter 168 Subdivision of Land.

This ordinance regulates subdivision of land within the Town of St. Joseph.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on May 11, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of St. Joseph enacted Ordinance No. 2023-02 titled Chapter 80 Building Construction.
This ordinance amends the Code of the Town of St. Joseph, Chapter 80, by
repealing and replacing Chapter 80 Building Construction, § 80-22c(ix) - Swimming Pools.

This ordinance regulates safety barriers for swimming pools in single-family and two-family districts.
