The Town of St. Joseph is planning to rehabilitate and widen Perch Lake Road from 53^rd Street to 60^th Street in the spring/summer of 2021.  In general, the project consists of the following: 

1. Pulverize the existing pavement and base
2. Widen the roadway to a total width of 24’ of pavement
3. Construct 2’ wide gravel shoulders
4. Regrade ditches
5. Replace select culverts
