The Town of St. Joseph is planning to rehabilitate and widen Perch Lake Road from 53rd Street to 60th Street in the spring/summer of 2021. In general, the project consists of the following:
- Pulverize the existing pavement and base
- Widen the roadway to a total width of 24’ of pavement
- Construct 2’ wide gravel shoulders
- Regrade ditches
- Replace select culverts
