PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 8, 2020, the Town Board of the Town of St. Joseph enacted Ordinance No. 2020- 02, titled An Interim Zoning Ordinance to Preserve Existing Land Uses Within the Town of St. Joseph. This ordinance temporarily preserves existing land uses while a comprehensive zoning plan is being prepared and puts a freeze on construction, permit applications, or on any change of use in property for a period of up to 2 years. Exceptions to the ordinance may be considered by the Town Board.

Complete the Exemption Application. Applications are reviewed by the Town Board at their monthly meeting on the 2nd Thursday. Completed application must be submitted to the Town Clerk/Treasurer by the 1st Wednesday of the month to be included on the upcoming agenda. Application fee is $450.
