NOTICE: Retaining Wall Replacement RFP

Bid Opportunity

Requests for Proposal (RFP) are now being accepted by the Town of St. Joseph until the DEADLINE closing date of August 13, 2020 at 12:00 pm Noon  for tear-out and replacement of the stacked limestone retaining wall.    Proposals not in possesion at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office on August 13, 2020 at  12:00 pm bid opening will not be accepted for consideration.  Proposal may be awarded at the August 13, 2020 Town Board Meeting.  

  • The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and/ or all proposals.



Retaining Wall Bid Information


This RFP is available to all interested parties  effective July 21, 2020  at: 

  •  In-person at the St. Joseph Town Hall during scheduled business hours
  • electronically  by email at clerk@townofstjoseph.com
  • Clerk-Treasurer’s office  at (715) 549-6235 during scheduled business hours
  • The Retaining wall project required completion date is October 15, 2020 as stated in the RFP
  • The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and/ or all proposals.
